The Vision Behind Pink Madi Beauty Salon
Entrepreneur, fashion personality and self-made businesswoman Madiha Abaida brings
a Moroccan-inspired sanctuary to Dubai, opening its doors on October 1.
Moroccan by blood but raised in Spain, Madiha Abaida grew up in Marbella, a Mediterranean city known for its glamour, sunshine and polished lifestyle. That upbringing shaped her aesthetic: feminine, confident and international, with a natural pull toward beauty rituals that feel as good as they look.
For Madiha, opening a salon was never going to be a simple business move. She chose to earn certifications in hair, microblading and other beauty disciplines herself first, so she could fully understand what she was offering her clients before ever welcoming them through the door.
Madiha sees beauty as something bigger than a finished look — tied to energy, confidence and well-being, and to how a woman feels long after she leaves the chair.
That belief, paired with her perfectionism, is why she chose Dubai as home for her luxury salon: a city she felt was the right setting to bring her vision to life exactly as she imagined it.
Madiha views beauty as connected to energy and confidence, not just appearance — every ritual at Pink Madi is designed with that whole-person approach in mind.
Customer care comes first. Clients are meant to feel welcomed, listened to and genuinely looked after — never kept waiting or rushed through an appointment.
Drawing on centuries-old Moroccan hammam traditions and her own roots, Madiha built signature rituals of cleansing and relaxation at the heart of the salon.
Designed with European elegance, the salon pairs beauty services with Moroccan-inspired wellness rituals in a space built around comfort, femininity and personalised care:

Clients are meant to feel welcomed, listened to and genuinely looked after — not processed through a quick appointment.
Madiha built Pink Madi around respecting a client’s time, so appointments run smoothly from arrival to departure.
Before opening the salon, Madiha earned her own certifications in hair, microblading and other treatments — she understands every service on the menu.
The space itself is designed with European elegance, creating an environment built around comfort and femininity.
Three exquisite Moroccan-themed hammams draw on centuries-old traditions of ritual cleansing and relaxation, rooted in Madiha’s own heritage.
Pink Madi is designed for women who want more than a quick appointment — a place to slow down, recharge and indulge.
Pink Madi is not simply about beauty treatments — it is about creating a mood, a ritual and a relationship with every client who walks through the door.
